I had an awful experience with car insurance; a classic case of bait and switch. I feel they took advantage of me as I was a first time car owner and therefore, a first time insurance customer. I have never been so upset and outraged with any other business. Do not trust them

Insurance agent will send client to got get accident reports instead of them working for you and getting the report for themselves. Horrible customer service if you have to do all the leg work instead of the agent doing all the leg work.
They will never treat you like a stranger once they know you. I've never had any trouble with them. Note that I am reviewing the agent, but not the insurance they represent.
