STAY AWAY! FRAUDULENT CONTRACT ALTERATION AND PREDATORY PRICING! I am filing a formal complaint against Direct Auto Insurance for Bad Faith and Consumer Fraud. I signed a binding legal agreement on February 3rd, 2026, for a monthly premium of $88.00. Without my knowledge, consent, or signature, this company unilaterally issued an endorsement (END_2033469414-00_1) that fundamentally altered my contract.
