Added some person who lived in my building to my insurance whom I dont know or associate with monthly bill went from 108 to 378 insane had to cancel policy and start a new one. Company software and doing that to me pissed me off how ever the lady inside was very helpful and got me sorted out 1 hour later new policy later.
