Direct Auto Insurance

Opened a policy didn’t even get to my first payment they canceled it had to reopen an start another new policy, just did it last week just got another notice if I don’t pay 28 they canceling my insurance an yet my payment date isn’t do for another 2 weeks! This place is a joke and keeps changing stuff with out even contacting us!

She made my experience much easier - as a widow I get nervous for some reason. She made me laugh and I relaxed - made it easy.
