I want to leave her a terrible review. The smell of piss was extremely bad I was getting bit crazy by fleas...and she had me waiting I couldn't even sit the couch and seats were covered in hair n fleas,

I called spoke to Kimberly....she was on her way home and said she would call back with a quote within a couple of days...NO....called AGAIN to check, same reply, THREE WEEKS LATER...STILL NO QUOTE. If this indicates the quality of the company, I'll stay with whom I currently have.

Kim is the BEST! We’ve been going here for insurance for years, ever since I started driving & that was a Long time ago lol 😂 She goes above & beyond to take care of her customers. As they just switched to National General I can’t remember my login information & Kim was able to take my payment via phone & actually Mailed me a copy of my insurance cards that I never got from the actual company. Very friendly & knows her stuff! Thanks for all your help Kim!
