Sabrina was amazing start to finish. I called her with an issue regarding something popping up on my driving record when I was doing my quote online. She instantly looked into it with zero complaints or frustration. She was able to explain what the issue was and completely ease my mind as I thought it was something bad! She then was able to help me finish my quote and even better was able to give me a better lower rate! She never once was annoyed with my questions. I’ve never had this kind of treatment with an insurance company. This tie deserves a raise. She’s who everyone should be like when talking to customers! Thanks again Sabrina.

I called direct on a whim to see what I need to drive again and when I called I was quickly connected to Diane at extension #20957 and she was ready to help me. She found me the cheapest option I was looking for and also told me about some other insurance options we can go over in the future, I was quickly set up with a policy and she made the payment schedule very clear and helped me understand how and where I can pay! I would recommend her to anyone because for something that can seem stressful or very important it was nice to have a agent hear me out and tell me exactly what I needed to drive legally in this state.
