Great customer services from both Ladies in the office. Mrs. Smith helped me add a vehicle to my policy and was very infromative.
She done a good job. She was patient with me when I had to go get the pin numbers. She stayed right with me on the phone. All the way to the end. So yeah, she was great. I gave her a 5 star. Thank you.
Ms. Ana was wonderful. I relocated from FL to GA, so, I needed lots of help. She was patient, efficient, polite, kept the same tone of voice throughout our conversation. She even taught me how to use my new Cash APP card to pay (it had to be 'unlocked'). So far, so great with Direct Auto Insurance.
