THIS IS THE MOST AWFUL COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. IF YOU GET JIM DILLON HE REFERS YOU TO KATHY. THEY SAY THEIR HOURS ARE 9-5 M-FRI. I HAVE TRIED CALLING AT 3:45 GET AN ANSWERING MACHINE WHO MESSAGE BOX IS FULL SO YOU CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. TRYING TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE WITH THEM IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE.
