I had a really great experience. I called the branch at the start of the week inquiring about auto coverage. Kim followed up with me multiple times in a calm professional manner. She was not pushy, rather friendly. She was very patient and answered one of the many questions I asked. She also asked multiple questions herself to ensure I was getting the best policy for my cars.
