Dick Duffy - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been residents of Tallahassee for two generations and have enjoyed using this office for multiple car and home policies. I myself have probably had 3 separate policies with this office for vehicles. My extended family have done vehicle and home insurance multiple times as well. This office is conveniently located on the east side of Tallahassee which works great for Bucklake/Betton/and Lafayette oaks residents. We have been with this branch so long they have seen me and my sister thru two car wrecks and both times they went above and beyond to make the transition to a new vehicle and ensuring that our medical bills and such were covered in a timely manner. GO TO ANY OTHER STATE FARM AGENT!!!! This office is absolutely ridiculous! Both the old man and old fat blonde lady that work in that office are extremely rude and Unprofessional. Never in my life have I ever been to a business with such disrespect for customers. It’s funny because you can tell that the blonde lady has had a lot of customer complaints but she has it down to a science always telling customers that Dick Duffys never there so they can’t complain on her or the office. Basically, I was trying to get my car insurance reinstated the stupid lady lead me on for three weeks saying that it’s just taking the computers a long time to process it but during those three weeks I did have insurance . Come to find out of course she was lying And didn’t do her job in the first place. Th

I called for a quote on insurance as we just moved here from another state, not only did they take more than 24 hours to get back to me, they tried to give me excuses as to why they did not call. When I told them I called another State Farm and have already gotten a quote, she was very aloof and acted like she did not care, no apology just excuses. Not very CS oriented at all
