We were recently in a total loss accident and Diane called us as soon as she found out just to check on our health status. She the followed up a week later to check on us again. She quickly handled the insurance part on the totaled vehicle and was available and responded same day to provide new insurance quotes for numerous vehicles we looked at. Her assistant Melva is wonderful and very kind. Melva also helped email documents right away that were needed to purchase a new auto policy on a new vehicle.
