Xiaomei helped us get set up with home and auto insurance as well as provide us with advice while going through some hardships of being first time home owners. Quan is also our to go to guy for any questions in car insurance and life insurance. Vicki Li is absolutely amazing. Last December I bought a new car. The transition from my old policy to my new one was seamless. Vicki took care of everything and also explained the new beacon I installed in my car. She was also very patient when I kept calling because the beacon was saying my breaking was not good. lol she was great. I’m also in the process of moving and my current apartment complex has a new property management company. The new PMC charged me for rental insurance ughhh. I reached out to Vicki and she took care of the problem ASAP! Sending my declaration directly to the new PMC. I appreciated this since I’m so busy with the move and work.
