D&H Insurance

The owner acknowledged in front of me that after a small claim for a leak, the insurance company illegally put a mold clause and took replacement value off my policy without notifying anyone. Then of course they cancelled the policy and I was forced to take higher insurance. Since D&H, my policy nearly doubled. After the person who answers the phone was exceedingly snippy with me, I shopped elsewhere, got much better insurance and saved almost 33%. The owner has been consistently nice but she didn't help me to resolve the issues, she did leave me with no choice but to buy an expensive bottom of the barrel policy.

Julie and MaryJane have been so helpful! They always find me the lowest rates and take care of things quickly and efficiently whenever I call.

This use to be a great business but not anymore very rude people with little to no knowledge about insurance

Switched from state farm years ago and saved a ton. I have checked around a few times, but they have always had the best rates.
