DFS Insurance

The increases are appalling. Nate Hellandwill say he called you and never even tried. Just make the switch away from them. I have exact same coverage with another company and saved half my money! Their reps dont do anything but pass the buck. Won't inform you anything and act like they've never heard of it when they should've since its been happening to maybe people for 6 months. Its a system glitch. How do you not know your insurance company fmne is having system glitch issues when other insurance companies know all about it? Lying that you called using weird. Can't call the insurance provider but thats literally your job as a rep. Weirdo

I insured one of my businesses and a property with this company, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. For two years in a row, I had to contact them after my insurance had already expired because they failed to renew it on time. Both times, they claimed the renewal notice was 'returned in the mail,' yet instead of reaching out to us, they just let the policy lapse. We only realized there was an issue when no payment was auto-deducted from our account and had to be proactive in fixing the situation ourselves. To make matters worse, when I informed them I was leaving, they tried to win me back with a cheaper quote. The irony? It’s not about the money—it's about service and valuing your customers. And even their 'last-minute' offer was still twice as expensive as the new insuran

Brittany beaner has been since day one the rudest rep I've spoken to at dfs. She does now know what empathy is. She talks to me like im an inconvenience. Dont worry Brittany I won't be there for long. Seems like pushing away customers that you don't like is what you do best! Cause it's not insurance work that's for sure! Great job 👏 all the years I've been with dfs I never once thought my first review would be negative. Really left a sour taste in my mouth. Super unfortunate!!

Called 3 weeks ago for an auto and home quote. Jason said would text me for all drivers license numbers (have 4 people to insure). Waited 1 week and no text, so called following friday and provided all numbers. Now 2 weeks later and they have still not called. Just avoid this place.

Mike Hanna was the epitome of what you would hope for from an insurance agent! Not sure why he gave me his private cell number, but he shared it with me and he answered when I needed him the most. I truly want to thank Mike and the company that he works for. He impressed me tonight and I truly appreciate it. Counting on your insurance guy/gal is deeply important. You and your company have not let me down. Thanks again!!
