Used to work with Anthony, who was very attentive and great with communication. I called in for an update to auto policy, and had a terrible customer experience with Wesley. After going back and forth, I asked to speak with someone else, and was told no, and that he is who I will need to speak with. I wanted to review policy info and updates, but all Wesley kept saying was "you're going to give me incorrect information, so have your dealership call". During our conversation, I wanted to let him know that I wanted to make edits to existing policy, while adding another vehicle. Never go to do that. Never called back to confirm coverage of the new vehicle or anything, he just added the new vehicle. Extremely unprofessional and Wesley should maybe go back for a class in customer service.
