I normally do not do reviews however, Alysa was very rude making me feel like I was such an inconvenience. Glad I will be MOVING ON, mainly because of Alysa, to a company that employs customer service agents that are kind and willing to go the extra mile for you. Closed chapter in my book. Would NOT recommend this company.

We recently needed to switch homeowners insurance for my parents Bradenton home and received great service from Kristen here. They were able to provide a few quotes and after determining which policy to go forward with, Kristen emailed all the documentation requested and then we were able to sign electronically. Such great service and never had to go into the office was a blessing for my elderly parents.

Kristen is fantastic! She has been handling my insurance needs for years and I am very happy. She attends to my requests and questions expediently with great character and professionalism. She also went above and beyond to help my friend with a very complicated insurance issue. She was extremely patient and a great listener. I highly recommend her and this company!

It’s a shame I have to even give 1 star. This has been the worst insurance experience and worst customer experience I have ever had. I am a professional in the community as is my wife. We were ignored while mistake after mistake was made on our policies. The nail in the coffin for us was when our insurance coverages lapsed and claims went unprocessed. Based on our experiences, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

My insurance provider dropped me, and I called Des Champs & Gregory. Response time was so quick and got a lower rate than last year. Kristin was so helpful and patient. A true pro! I was so anxious and upset about my homeowners and flood. She made me feel at ease. Ine les thing to worry about! Thank you, Kristen. :)
