Do not recommend at all. Very condescending and arrogant. Called to cancel my policy because I found a much better rate on a truck I bought ($3k per year his quote vs $950 year new insurance company) and was laughed at and told I’m confused why you want to cancel? Think that part is very obvious. He pressed for more information then would not cancel my policy until I sent him a declaration from my new insurance company. It’s none of his business really. Just do as I requested and cancel the policy. I sent an email with the new declaration immediately to him after our phone call asking to confirm and he didn’t do that. I had to text him the following day close to noon requesting again to cancel my policy. He finally canceled it. Never again dealing with this agent. Too man

Derek is condescending, arrogant and rude. If you try to explain something he will not allow you to talk and will speak over you. He recommended I find a new agent rather than to let me speak, and actually listen to what I had to say so I will take his advice.
