*This review does not reflect Denver Agency as a whole* *Update at end* We have used Denver Agency for years for a number of our commercial properties around the Denver Area that were managed by Hannah M. All of our policies were transferred to another agent, Chrisy F., somewhere around 2022 and 2023.Unfortunately, we noticed quite the decline in service when our accounts were switched over. It is extremely difficult to receive a response back from Christy whether it be by phone or email, and it is difficult to have your requests fulfilled in a timely manner. I understand things come up and workloads can get heavy but, it is consistently like trying to pull teeth to get any type of correspondence back. I had commercial policies with Denver Agency several years ago. They were terrible. I could not get anyone to return my phone call, even when it was urgent. I would send emails and only sometimes get a reply but not promptly. It turned out the agent handling my account kept changing, probably 3-4 different people over a 1-2yr period. It was such chaos, nobody to talk to and when it came time to renew they didn't seem to care. I switched to another company and have been getting much better service and better policies ever since. I would avoid this firm.

The Denver Agency was amazing to work with. From the first moment we bought our PURE policy from them, they have been incredibly responsive and attentive to our insurance needs. Whether it be a cracked windshield, or a significant auto claim, they have always come through for us. In fact, we just recently had an auto claim that Jeff from The Denver Agency personally took charge of and ensured it was covered for us. If we hadn't had them there for us, I honestly don't know what we would have done. Thanks Denver Agency!!!!

Recently applied for coverage. Quick to respond. Multiple attempts to follow up on status. Agency never reached out to provide an update, I had to follow up. Sent feedback to management team. Have heard nothing back. Expect more from an agency of this caliber based off mission statement.

I was startled to see that there was only one review of The Denver Agency and it was one star. I have been with this company for decades with both residential and commercial properties and cars. They have been unfailingly wonderful!! They are prompt, courteous, friendly and intelligent. They have handled all of my claims, questions and concerns with ease. When I read the unflattering review, I discovered it was intended for an Arby's which had no sauce. However, I feel sure that someone at the Denver Agency would have gotten that for them had they asked.
