Had an excellent experience. Brooke Boepple handled us in a very professional way, she was great with explaining everything to us and very helpful. We were having issues with our last insurance company but had no problems with State Farm.

Worked with Brooke for a mutual client. She was extremely professional and easy to work with. Got me what I needed as soon as she was able to!

Heather is very unhelpful and insincere. I was a long time customer, but will not tolerate being billed excessively for months and being fast talked and spoken down to. Why nobody else was allowed to help is ridiculous. I wanted to speak to someone else- in person or even on the phone (I tried several attempts). She is nonsensical, rude, and doesn't give a hoot if you stay or go! So go I went. Paying almost half now! ✌ To the owner- maybe you should set up cameras or listen to the calls to see how she Really treats your customers. She's great at putting up a facade apparently. Sending me a "breakdown" that made no sense (and was Way too high) is very unhelpful. She was the one who messed up my rate/discounts for months, meanwhile telling me that I had to pay it until it gets "applied" agai

Renee and Brooke were really great! I was just checking in to see if I could get a lower rate than my current policy and I had State Farm when I was younger, so that was my first call as my fiancée uses them as well. I switched after the three day waiting period. I hooked up my safe driver gadget and I thought it was great because I was watching my speed more for sure. Then I get a call from Heather stating they’re canceling me due to a suspension. I had informed Brooke and Renee of this suspension which was due to me missing a court date (the courts were closed at the time and other folks had the same problem with at that time in Richfield Springs). I didn’t withhold any info and wasn’t trying to hide anything. Conveniently Heather is blaming Renee for the mishap as she is no longer there
