Denise Knobbe - State Farm Insurance Agent

Laura is the best! She has been taking care of me and my family for over 30 years. She is old school when it comes to customer service, which is hard to find these days and therefor appreciated even more. One time I was about to be late on a payment, she actually called me and warned me and got it taken care of before there was a problem. Most places will not go that extra mile for you these days. Laura's boss Denise is also wonderful. She is sweet as pie and she has also taken care of my family literally for decades. If you want personalized service by a person who actually knows you as a person and cares about you as a person, this office is top notch for that. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone. Five stars for sure!

If u Dare to call u will be overtalked to the point Where u cant get the information u wanted when u called in the first place, they don't kno about life insurance polices, if u try to file a claim about a crack in your windshield they lead you instead of you making your own choice, they don't Mail physical copies of your insurance card, in her words "you have to get it from state farm" but i thought u were state farm lol, i don't see why they have 5 stars unless i just ask to many questions , I'm black by the way worst state farm ive ever encountered, none wants to do their job
