After years using this agency for years, the carrier they recommended dropped us for late payment. Prior, I had nothing but poor customer service, lazy and poor attitudes, not wanting to solve problems and just a couldn't care less attitude. While we take the blame for not paying on time to renew, we feel the local agent at Deming should have called to warn us it was going to expire rather than calling when it did expire. Both Deming and carrier claim 2 notices were sent but we NEVER received either notice. After they offered us a policy almost 3 times as much from Travelers as a replacement, funny because another local agent presented a policy from Travelers for hundreds less. Very dissapointed.
