We have used Dickey Insurance for about 10 years and have purchased and sold several properties in that time. Every transaction has been very smooth when obtaining insurance. We also have vacation rentals insured with them. When the insurance requirements changed for vacation rentals they were fully prepared and made it very simple to change our polices to comply.

Although already insured, as a newish MA resident, I finally have the time to shop around for a local broker. The one I chose initially had a local office and thereafter closed. I may be old fashioned, but I like having a broker that I can schedule an appointment with and go into the office (of course not in the current climate). I contacted this agency in hopes of starting a relationship; however, was greeted with a laundry list of needs (most of what was attached, some not), when I responded that I thought everything was included, my response is " we probably aren't the agency for you". Dickey insurance company is a small place which is a good thing, they are very friendly and know their customers on a first name basis. Anything you own they can insure for you, from apartment to home insurance, motorcycles, boats and cars. I highly recommend Dicky insurance for all of your needs.
