They do a very good job and meet my needs always answer the phone no waiting on hold and I appreciate that very nice 👍🏿 people..

As a long time client, -2 cars and a renter's policy, I was very disappointed when I had an accident that totaled my car. I thought that using a local person was to my benefit as they would help me, their client. Basically, I was told to "use the website" for filing my claim. Why pay an agent's commission if you can't depend on them in your time of distress? Figuring out a website after the trauma of a totaled car has motivated me to look to AMAC for a new policy!

When I had a car and had an accident, they helped me and, in fact, were more helpful than calling Allstate directly. When water damage made my apartment unlivable due to loss of electricity and holes in the walls and ceilings, this agency was extremely helpful and made the process of filing a claim far less stressful than it could have been.

Thanks God for Allstate, I was able to get my vehicle repaired and in full service, after a burglar tried to Hot Wire my vehicle back in 3/2023. I appreciate the services Ms. Debbie Stockton has me enrolled in, including the Drive Wise. Thank you Ms. Stockton, happy new year. With Allstate, I’m in good hands.

How you get insurance in NY is significantly different than California. I was struggling but was very fortunate to find Debbie and her staff. They walked me through the process and when I could not get an appointment during Covid to replace my plates they stepped in and got that appointment for me. Additionally, they checked on me prior to that appointment to make certain I had the correct documents with me to be successful. Best experience I have ever had, I highly recommend Debbie.
