Debbie Leonard - State Farm Insurance Agent

If i could do zero stars i would. This state farm agency has just been the worse of the worse. Service here just sucks to its fullest. They almost never pick up the phone when you call and when they do decide to pick up. They put you on 30 mins holds. It ridiculous. They will give you a qoute and then they will change it to something higher then qouted. I have 4 vehicle's and home insured with this place. But I honestly don't know how I've been putting up with the very poor service. I will be switching to another company ASAP. Who ever this Debbie lady is. She needs to get on this employees of hers. Poor communication poor service. Please take your business else where.

We have been with this office for years. Kim Allen has provided prompt, effective, friendly service time and time again, even bailing us out when we needed immediate paperwork at a DMV hours away from Durham- they are obviously busy and don’t always get to the phone but they do process voice mails and emails efficiently, especially when the ask is clear and complete- Thanks Kim!!!

I chose Debbie Leonard as my first insurance and I have to say it’s been nothing but great! They inform me about my payments, or past due payment to make sure I don’t get charged any fees. All her agents have been really kind to me and I would recommend them 100 times over. I will for sure be staying with them for a long time.

These reviews are silly to me, i’ve been with this office for two years and i got nothing but great service. kim has been nothing but helpful. all my problems get fixed and all my requests get done. i think yall should be more patient with this office...

I have been their customer for many years. What the heck has happened to this company? Miserable service. Failure to return calls. Ignoring concerns. God help me if I ever had an actual claim! Going to change companies. This is ridiculous Update: March 10. To be fair to the agency, I wanted to post this update. After more than four months of terrible customer service, failure to fix their problem, etc....I finally was able to get something done. My thanks to Ms. Sanchez who met with me personally, spent an hour resolving issues, and made things right. I am disgusted that I never received a phone call from Debbie Leonard herself. I hope somebody figures out that there are major performance issues in the group. Otherwise, they might as well close their doors. The voice answ
