The Chang Agency is an excellent Agency to do business with. There are hundreds of Allstate agents and thousands of agents from Farmers and others to choose from. But, of all the agents and insurance companies I have dealt with for over 50 years, I find that Ms. Chang takes a personal interest in her clients to be sure she is offering policy packages for homeowners and vehicle insurance that truly fit my circumstances and needs. In addition to really knowing the insurance business, she is also a very nice person. Pleasant and helpful staff, as well.
