Unfortunately after years of service we had to part ways with Dean after a rather serious situation that left us unknowingly uninsured. Despite several communications with him assuring us that we were well taken care of, we were in fact, not. It is often times difficult to get a hold of Dean and sadly we are not the only people who have had issues about coverage lapsing without our knowledge. I would not recommend him to handle one of the most precious aspects of your life. Find someone who will return your emails and calls and follow through with basic requests.

If you’re looking for insurance of any kind, Dean is your guy. He currently handles all of my insurance needs and is wonderful to work with. I got rid of my previous insurer two years ago, Dean and country financial have been helping me ever since. I’m very pleased with my decision thanks to his insight and professionalism.

Dean is very polite and professional. He thoroughly explains your insurance needs without all the pressure some salespeople may use.

I recently found out that I was supposed to have an active policy that I didn't have for over a year. This has happened twice but I choose to believe the 1st time was an error on my part, I should have trusted my gut. The lack of communication, follow up and overall trust in his ability to care for my needs are broken.
