Dean Sibrizzi Farmers Insurance

I have been a customer for a few years now. In the beginning the response was pretty good. Now, you can't get a call back or get them to follow through with an email. I sure dont feel like my business is appreciated anymore. Service and friendliness has really declined. I spend over $4,000 a year with them. I will looking for a change in companies.

In my first interaction with Dean as my new Farmer's Insurance broker, he saved me over $240.00 on my auto policies with no changes in coverage. Dean also addressed some issues and questions that I had regarding my coverage in a timely fashion. His staff/agents are also helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. UPDATE 07-15-2024 Megan was very helpful and patient with me today. I have called her 3 or 4 times today with different questions and she was cheerful and knowledgeable. We were able to actually increase coverages and reduce my 4 car policy premiums at the same time by consolidating policies. Kudos to Megan.

Dean is a very nice guy but he will not go to bat for you when you have a problem with Farmer’s. Dean always called me when a premium was due but did not in March when my Homeowners premium came up. We have used Farmer’s for many years with 0 claims and have paid them around $10,000 per year. We had a claim for lost jewelry lat month and he called me back to tell me that we do not have homeowners becaus the premium was not paid. I never received an invoice in the mail and he did not call to tell me that it was due. I was crazy with fear to know that my expensive home had not been insured for four months and that I couldn't collect on the lost jewelry. I asked to speak to someone high up at Farmer's but only received an email from regional maniac get Patricia Taylor saying that two in

Dean and his team are always kind, considerate, and quick to answer any of my questions/concerns. I've moved, changed vehicles, and they're always fast & efficient. I've saved a ton of money using this agency and could not be any happier with the service I receive. Greatly appreciate this office and how competitive they are without sacrificing service.
