In October 2025 once I was able to get government assistance back I told him to cancel my insurance request as I wouldn't be needing it any longer, he agreed and said that he did. Until now I thought it was canceled until $400 was taken out of my account. When i asked him about this I have gotten no response and now his phone is disconnected (how convenient) and the the insurance company is completely unhelpful because there was never a cancelation request that he stated was submitted.
