Poor customer service, no follow through. No return calls. Incorrect information, our house was under insured. Over 1 year ago we put on a new roof and this was never updated on our policy. Again this year renewal still not indicated on policy. I called, they said they sent it to underwriting, I had to follow up still not fixed. 2 plus years ago I indicated that my name listed was incorrect and it was to be fixed. As of today received a refund check my name still incorrect (haven’t had this name for 15+ years) and bank will not accept my check.

Don’t know what to do when it come to needing insurance walked in and it was like I told them what I was looking for and it was done no unnecessary questions or anything big help from these guys will recommend David Smith at State Farm to anyone
