20 years of loyalty with Mark and his staff and can’t even get him to return phone calls or review my policies with me. Once I started looking at my policies, I started noticing several discrepancies and coverage shortages that needed addressed. Once I contacted Mark he explained that he would review my policies that afternoon and would contact me the next day. A week later, I called him back and couldn’t get ahold of him and he would not return my calls. I talked to his wife and explained my situation and she told me she would have Mark call me back when he got back to town. Mark finally got back to me and it was to late by then, I changed agents.
