Title: AVOID THIS COMPANY – Predatory Practices and Terrible Service I've never experienced such unethical and predatory practices from an insurance company as I have with State Farm(David Ziegenbalg).At first, their rates seemed competitive, but once I signed up, everything changed for the worse. • Unjust Premium Increases: After just a few months, my premiums skyrocketed for no apparent reason. Ziegenbald has zero knowledge of insurance intricacies and policy provisions. He relies on HIS STAFF COMPLETELY to meet his quotas and state requirements. The former owner Bob Harrison would be ashamed to see what his business has become! Seriously, take your business elsewhere or you'll regret it. You need an agent who knows ALL the ins and outs to protect your interests and he has no experience whatsoever, terrible agent!

They took care of my home and vehicle insurance over the years until I escaped NJ and moved to NH. They were very nice people and easy to work with. . I had to switch to a local state farm office who are licensed in my new home state, but I would definitely recommend them if you live in that area. I have no complaints!
