Just recently switched my agent as this was closer. Felt very comfortable with receptionist and agent. Answered all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond getting information for a policy they didn't get compensated for. Look forward to working with them for my future insurance needs.

They cancelled my account after being late on payments twice. No relief due to COVID. My account was in good standing for 3 years. The app is terrible. If you live on a military base and need help, they are the worst. I’ve had my roadside assistance take forever with a tow or spare tire needed. I even offered to meet them off the base. I would not recommend them.

I have had an Allstate policy for many years now. I have bundled my car insurance with my mortgage and am satisfied to the highest degree. I highly recommend Allstate to anyone who wants a company they can depend and rely on.
