Paul was the best provider I've ever worked with, he made the entire process really easy and swift! Typically establishing insurance policies is a headache that I would normally put off until the very last minute but if everyone could be like Paul then maybe I wouldn't procrastinate 🧐. Cherry on top, birthday besties! 🤩 My rates were significantly more affordable through State Farm versus another company so that's an additional plus. 10s across the board for Paul!

I typically don’t provide reviews but really wanted to share how happy I am with my experience with Ashley Miranda. She helped me with resolving an issue with claims that her office does not even handle directly. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and prompt and her assistance resulted in resolving the issue. Really fortunate for the great team at Munson’s.

I have had an amazingly awful experience with the specific agency. I have ben overcharged for 7 months and when I found out I was told to pay the bill and we will refund it. Please be leary of this specific branch as they are not transparent. As or Mr David Munson he was very helpful and knowledgeable when I started and had to work with him directly, but once I found an issue I was in no way able to speak to him, be transferred to him, or get a contact number. Mr Munson if you read this please speak to your team. Zero star
