I appreciate the responsiveness Tiffany provides! She helped us save on our homeowners insurance and has gone above and beyond in dealing with a difficult vehicle situation. When we made the switch to Allstate, we did so after Dave spent a half hour sitting down with us going over exactly what the coverage would look like. It made leaving our previous company an easier decision. I also love being able to have a local person to call vs. depending on a corporate center where people have no idea who you are!

All insurance companies are not alike. Nor all insurance agencies and agents alike. We are not appreciative of David's unprofessional and condescending attitude. No one should have to deal with someone so rude when dealing with matters as important as insurance. Very grateful to have found an agent elsewhere who is polite, professional, and a delight to work with.

I'm afraid my experience with Dave Mitchell's office in Lithia was very different from the other reviewers. I have insured my home through this agency for the past seven years. This year the premium on the policy increased by more than $400.00. I decided to shop elsewhere, which I did and settled on another insurance company through a different agency. This morning I called and spoke to Tiffany to tell her that I did not want to renew my Security First Homeowner Policy when the current coverage ended on August 1, 2019. Tiffany told me that I would have to submit a copy of the declarations page of my new policy in order for her to go ahead and cancel the renewal.
