I just recently moved my elderly mom from Florida to Massachusetts along with transporting her leased SUV. In the switching over of things we found that we needed the Florida registration, copy of title, power of attorney from leasing company, address changes, new mass license, my dad was on the lease but can't drive. My mom called several insurance agents who did not want to bother with all of these details of documentation procurement from Florida (apparently this is not simple) and turned her away. She had an unusable car for ~2 months. But she found De Angelis insurance somehow and they stepped up big time to take on my mom as a customer and helped her through the process and collected all the materials. I’ve been a client for over 20 years, and the level of service has changed significantly. I reached out before renewal to have my insurance put out to bid and never heard back. When I later needed simple verification documentation, I had to call three times and was told it “wasn’t a priority, if I didn't hear back then call them” That’s unacceptable customer service, and I will not be renewing my policy.

"I am extremely disappointed with the service at [david j De Angelis ]. After attempting to resolve an issue regarding my policy, the owner became verbally abusive over the phone. Instead of helping me, the owner began yelling and using threatening language. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for any business, let alone an insurance agency. I no longer feel safe or comfortable doing business here and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their insurance needs.

One of the best deals in the market for auto insurance. Travelers smokes the competition three years running with only minor increases in price... worth looking into! Office staff is always willing to help or get you answers. Will use again!
