If I could give it zero stars, I would. On November 1, 2025, I was involved in an Accident. Which was the guy‘s fault and he and His girlfriend had Geico insurance. What a joke.. The guy never called her insurance. I called started a claim, and I had to wait for the police report to be done. I have to buy the police report and send it to them. Now they areplaying around With my medical. And my son, one year old was in the car with me. Dis insurance company should go out of business. They suck.

This company has zero customer service. They make it virtually impossible to speak to a real person! THEY DONT CARE! I needed a simple question answered and took me 20 minutes to actually get someone on the phone. I have been with them for 9 years and my premium goes up every year. This year I bought a new vehicle and my premium went up $500 for 6 months!!! I called and competitor (higher rated competitir) got lower deductibles and they were $500 less than Geico for 6 months. That's $1000 a year or almost $100 month. Obviously I am getting rid of these rip off artists!!! Call and get comparisons every 6 months if you insure with this zero customer service company!!! #customerservicematters

My husband and I got a quote from Geico as our auto insurance went up with the company we are currently with due to no fault of our own. Will from this office called and when I asked if I was still interested he proceeded hung up on me before I could even answer. I hope you don't treat your customers like this or you won't have any customer for much longer. This just reaffirms the decision to not go with Geico, who we had for several years previously. I suggest you learn some customer service skills Will. We will never go back to Geico.

Geico is terrible insurance do not deal with them. The adjuster we had was terrible! He screwed up the paperwork. We had to fight with them for a week. They were to get a rental car for me and that didn't happen. They only wanted to compensate us $25.00 a day when the cars rent for $80.00 a day. I went a week without a car. The adjuster said he sent us a check and we cashed it but he sent it to Freedom they cashed it. We had to argue for an hour that we never received the check. Very bad business to deal with.
