I just had the most incredible experience from Ms. Deborah the supervisor from State Farm. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything so clearly and helped us out a lot. The previous person who picked up the phone earlier today was completely clueless and that is when I requested to speak to a supervisor. Ms. Deborah surely made up for the uncomfortable and aggravating situation that took place. I wish other people were as knowledgeable as her. Thank you Ms. Deborah 🙏
