Very rude, ignorant and unprofessional! He does not admit his wrong work, and does not offer options to fix the issue. He signed applications stating something else, and submitted a different live scan form. This is considered a mistake. I tried to contact him several times to make things right. He refuses to help and refund the overcharged money. I have all the documents and proofs!

Negligent, unprofessional! Submitted an application for a Live Scan. He filled out wrong and because of that my whole process got delayed, and I ended up to get a live scan in a different place. He also OVERCHARGED me wrongfully. I showed up several times to get this resolved, and he refuses to refund the money. These reviews that put 5 star are his family members, friends and relatives, don’t fall for that!

Never get a live scan here! PROBLEMATIC UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON! Because of his mistake got into a problem and could not get my works done! STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

Absolutely terrible. This company is hands down one of the most disorganized, unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — it’s like dealing with amateurs who couldn’t care less about their customers.
