DELAY,DENY,and DEFEND is ALLSTATES MOTTO. I have an open claim for 9 months I have been thru 2 claims adjusters I had to hire a Public Claims adjuster that I will have to pay if my claim is ever settled Do yourself a favor if anyone ever comes across one of these Allstate adjusters, BRAXTAN JAMES, LAWADRIAN RAMSEY, OR SOMAJI BRITTON, stay far away from them, they never return emails, phone calls, text messages, in hopes you will give up , so they don't have to pay on your claim. It is so sad the profits these companies make from thier policy holders. People Educate yourself Regarding Allstate and State Farm.
The best I have ever used. The switch was very easy, and I love the agent I have. Would recommend to anyone! The perks and the app they have is fantastic. I use them for home and auto. 👍
