David Buoy - State Farm Insurance Agent

They don't update addresses like they should. No policy number on a car we purchased after spending 40 minutes on the phone to get coverage. They never answer the phone and is curt when you call. I got lectured by a lady in the office for calling multiple times. Unprofessional in every way. Sheila is professional. However, We will be switching agents soon.

Sheila Watt was Awesome!! I had a crazy situation that had us in the area for a short time and going back to our state in a week and needed temporary state to state transfer of insurance. Long story short Sheila helped me so fast and got what I needed right away. It was wonderful. I'm so grateful for her help and we were able to get what we needed and home safely!! Thank you!!

This agency is extremely unprofessional, never answers the phone, and doesn’t care to take the time to care for its customers. My rate has increased steadily over the last few months with no notices and I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this State Farm office.
