David Beam - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been using David Beam for ALL my insurance needs for 7+ years now! He has helped me all the way from my first financed vehicle, my first home purchased, and my other insurance needs. He has always been a wealth of knowledge, extremely accommodating every time I needed anything and his staff have always given the same level of service! I truly consider him a friend after these years and will never use anyone else for any of my insurance needs! Go see David or give him a call and he will treat you like family!

If I could give negative stars, I would. And I've never used state farm!! How is this related to me?? I'll tell you. They looked up our vehicle records to send an unwanted quote. This is EXTREMELY invasive and inappropriate. Are you that desperate for clients that you will do anything?? This right here makes me NEVER want to use state farm for anything ever. If you see this Mr. David Beam, (or whomever else that does your dirty work for you) please stop snooping around in the records of people who have no desire to ever use your company.

These people who work in this office are negligent to the point of fraud. They are lazy and sit back on their phones all day. Just walk into their office un announced like I did. They will look soooo surprised to see a customer. Lied to me and it cost me an extra 200 on my bill. I changed my agent and still getting this worked out. Beware of business like this

David and his team have been amazing over the last few years! They have been so responsive and professional. I really appreciated the team taking the time to answer all of my questions. I couldn't ask for a better agent!
