I shopped around after realizing my rates had gone up significantly over a couple of years. Allstate gave me superior coverage for less then what I was paying prior. My agent Austin is knowledgeable and customizes the plan to meet the needs of each individual. They respond in a timely manner and provide top service with no pressure to make any sudden decisions. Its exactly what I was seeking in an insurance company!

Rebecca McElroy is my agent could not have been happier with the excellent customer service she provided. Answered all questions was able to get us more insured for less money. Felt I was in more than capable hands, but the cherry on top was the sweet thank you note she sent to our home thanking us for our business. That level of human customer service is just not seen like it once was. I definitely trust her with all of our insurance needs. Highly recommend!!!
