Came into my local office to get some assistance due to me calling Geico several times with no assistance. The agent that assisted was nice and knowledgeable .

Re: roadside assistance, Showed up 2 hours late, only after I made repeated calls to Geico, phone # provided for service didn't work. Couldn't speak 1 word of English, damaged my rim cover, & Couldn't change my tire. I will be changing my insurance company SOON!

I’m very happy i switch to Geico insurance , I spoke with Val who has an excellent customer service , she was very nice , patient and explained what the policy included detail for The price giving . Process was very fast and easy and when I needed a document or any copy . Val was really helpful and fast .

Assuming I caught these ladies on an off day but the first lady sounded half sleep and unbothered, then said her computer stopped working so she transferred me to another lady just to tell me my vehicle cost too much to insure.

Darin was very helpful with our recent car accident and was able to answer all our insurance questions. Highly recommend
