This office has been hit with illness and staffing problems from people being out and the remaining staff is overworked. I finally got in touch with Pam today and she said they hired two new people. Pam has helped us for years and she is a top notch agent, but has been overwhelmed with their new circumstances, mainly Covid related. Pam gets a 5. I had been trying to reach them for five days. Multiple phone calls multiple emails. I left a scathing review which I am now modifying, because all of us are in weird circumstances right now. Part of was concerned because they were a top-notch company and I kept wondering if there’s illness or sickness in the family. They have been insuring us for 46 years and this is new. I am a business owner that needs the certificate of insurance sent out to my builders every 6 months upon renewal of the policy. This agency is hard to reach, unless you walk in person if they are opened which is different than posted operating hours. Most of the time they don’t answer the phone, they never call back if you leave a message. They never respond to the emails. The agency used to be a top notch 3 years ago, now they are garbage. Every time past few years I have my contractors put a pay hold on my payables because I can’t get dupree agent send the certificates of insurance unless I knock on their door in person and physically wait until email is sent. The agency and staff are superb!! I have been a customer with them for over 15 years and have always received the best in customer service and fair pricing. Not only do they go the extra mile to handle my claims, they return my calls and ensure that I am getting the best rate for my policies. I have all of my insurance with this agent/agency! Staff does a great job! I have read some of the negative reviews and from my experience this is not the normal operation. I have several family members and friends that have their insurance at this agency and all are very pleased with the service. In insurance, as with all large companies, there are many different levels. The agency is just your point of contact. Mistakes can happen at the agency, but my experience has shown it happens more often at the regional office. The staff of the agency fights for the policy owners to help them get the right insurance for their needs. They are also the ones who review your policies and make suggestions to lower your cost. I have never dealt with a more incompetent office than this one. We have been dealing with this office for two months to get personal matters taken care of and names switched on policies and they clearly have no idea what they are doing. We have received NUMEROUS conflicting statements and no one can tell us why, we have received NO information about our policy, we have had nothing but issues. We requested it be sent to our current agent who after 15 years I have had ZERO issues with and this office can’t even seem to figure out how to complete any task.
