Over these many years I've had my share of claims and they have been stellar in their responsiveness, knowledge, and courtesy. The staff is very helpful, someone always gets back to me in a timely manner. When I have had questions, Danielle and her team know how to guide me through the troubleshooting and provide me a prompt answer. If they don't know the answer, they research it and get back to me.
