people at the office never answer the phone. Dan is very rude and passive when asked question, he tries to lecture you as he is doing you a favor. he keeps forgetting without customer, he has no business. after sending them a proof of new roof installed a year ago, i found out they never uploaded to the system, what a horrible people. The women who answers the phone is as horrible as Dan and actually hung up on me. I had to go directly to Allstate to fix the problem.

This is by far the worst insurance agency I’ve ever dealt with. I truly regret staying with this agency for as long as I did. After reading other reviews, I now feel lucky that I never had to file a claim during my time with them. Today, I replaced my vehicle and requested a new quote, only to find the insurance cost had skyrocketed. I decided to switch to a different provider and called this agency to cancel my policy. The agent who answered the phone was incredibly rude and sounded irritated from the start. They told me that I could not cancel over the phone and that my new insurance company would have to send them all the documentation directly before they could process the cancellation.
