Joy and Gunjan were a great help when choosing the right Auto and Home insurance policy. I am with them for more than 4 years and they have always given me the best service. I definitely recommend them for any of the Insurance needs you have.

Gunjan Mall is an excellent agent for Allstate Insurance. She took her time to assist me and saving me some extra cash on my policy. She made the necessary follow up to keep me informed on my changes and ways to save me additional money. She is an exceptional agent!!!

I would give less than one star if it were possible. Don't work with Jyotishna, she is arrogant, and rude. When I asked about discounts, she wasnt helpful. Once i dropped this provider for another, she suddenly wanted to compare rates and talk about discounts. Since then ive called multiple times about the refund of my premium and their not answering or getting back to me.

I recently called this Allstate office for a quote and spent about 20 minutes on the phone providing all the necessary information. Gunjan, the staff member assisting me, assured me she would call back with a final estimate. So far, so good. However, after a few hours without a callback, I decided to follow up. A staff member named Joy answered, but instead of forwarding my call to Gunjan, she started asking me all the same questions again. I didn’t mind at first, assuming there might have been a mix-up or that Gunjan was new. Unfortunately, Joy’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. She was unnecessarily rude, raising her voice throughout the conversation. When I asked why she was yelling, she briefly apologized—only to continue doing the same thing. It was an incredibly frustrating

Gunjan has been very helpful and responsive, we highly recommend her service. She is very reliable and easy to work with.
