We have had the best experience with Daniel Parker and his team. Our 2025 was a bit of a wild year for us. We had our floors flood in early January from a frozen pipe and then a tree fell on our house in March while our kids were home with their grandparents but my wife and I were away in Honduras on a missions trip. The day we got back from Honduras we called Daniel and he was immediately working to help us get our claim taken care of, make sure our house was safe, make sure we knew clear next steps. When we got stuck a few times with contractors and estimates he helped us navigate through. The storms last March caused a crazy amount of claims. Daniel and his staff are always prompt with responses and are always transparent. I have not had a bad experience once. Our rates went up a little bit and immediately Daniel asked if we could meet with him or someone in the office to go over and ensure we weren’t over paying for coverage we don’t need and to try and make the rates go down. I had a windshield busted from a hailstorm and Daniel had a check to me within a 24 hour period to ensure the glass was replaced and he also recommended the glass company to fix it! We appreciate the honesty, transparency and efficiency of his agency.
