Daniel Occhi: Allstate Insurance

I had a house fire and they were great with removing all of my property from the rental but when I received it back it wasn't the way it was took. All of my camera equipment was stolen, bedroom sets came back with missing pieces and scratched up. I was rushed our of the hotel and not reimbursed for my damaged and missing/stolen items. Fast forward, we had a strom and I received wind and rain plus power surge damage at the current address in Louisiana and was told I'm not covered ans would need to shop around due to my amount of claims. (I wasn't compensated back as of this date for anything)... Im still waiting on a returned call to this date! Would i recommend ALLSTATE yes, do i feel they need improvement YES!!!

Daniel Occhi and Claudia/Allstate take my calls and handle my claims with warmth, professionalism, & expediency. The best. 5 stars.

I made the decision to go with another insurance company in which I contacted him via phone and email to inform him of my decision and was more than will to make a prorated payment of maybe a few hours because I never accepted or signed for the insurance policy. This man reported me to the DMV as not having insurance which was a lie (the discrepancy has been cleared at no cost with the DMV by the way!) He also continued to carry the policy for the full amount and sent the bill to a collection agency! This is not how you do business! If there was a zero rating I would give him that for my experience with this unprofessional man! DONT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS!

Mr. Occhi and his team really have their act together. They were comprehensive, detailed, flexible, and gave me a great rate for my auto and home insurance. Reading the single bad review here by Mr. & Mrs. Marshall, I find it hard to believe that the Occhi agency would carry out a policy that had not been signed! C'mon...

Daniel, Claudia and other associates have always been very helpful when I call in with questions. I have never had an issues with my policy and plan on sticking with Allstate!
