Daniel is very unreliable when needed for business. I’ve been a State Farm customer for a long time and have been ignored by him anytime I’ve tried to contact him except when I happen to catch him in his office. I asked for a comparison quote and he responded initially and never heard back. I had I change agents to get anything done.

Lady ran a stop sign causing me to hit the side of her car. She told 911 and the police it was her fault. Police wrote it up as her fault. Contacted Daniel Ellis the same day to notify him of the wreck. 12 days later he had done absolutely nothing to help me. I had to obtain the police report, file the claim, deal with both State Farm and her insurance company. State Farm has given me a really hard time as 12 days later they're still trying to determine fault when it's already been determined. Who needs an agent who doesn't even bother to call you back?
